Now that iCloud is online, and Apple has updated its iWork for iOS to work with iCloud, you may be wondering how to use iCloud for sharing documents over multiple iOS devices. The answer may be easier then you think.
1. Make sure you have the latest version of iOS installed.
2. Make sure you have the latest version of iWork installed on your iOS device(s).
3. You have to be signed into iCloud on all your iOS devices.
4. Go into either Pages, Keynote, or Numbers on any iOS device.
5. Make up a document and then save the document as normal.
6. Now, go on to another iOS device and go into the same app as you did with the other iOS device.
7. The document should then appear on the other device automatically.
If the above does not work, make sure you have done #3 and all iOS devices are under the same username and password on all iOS devices you wish to share the document(s) with.
That’s it – have fun!

that’s all very good but how do you access these documents from a Mac with OS X 10.7.2
That’s something that we’re trying to figure out as well. We’ve downloaded the latest version of iWork for Mac, but don’t yet see a way to do it….
Does anyone else have any ideas?
yep. There’s a way. You need to find in your Library an invisible Folder called Mobile Documents. Drag this to your sidebar and you can save files to there. And they should sync. If you have iWork for iOS, then three folders will appear there that are titled by the app, Pages, Numbers, Keynote and files should be saved and accessible from those documents. I’ll blog about this tomorrow
Thanks for the info.
